Injunctions
Injunctions are court orders that compel or restrain a party from taking a particular action. They are commonly sought to prevent harm or preserve rights before a legal dispute is fully resolved. In the context of construction, for example, an injunction may be sought to halt construction activities if there is a dispute over the project. Injunctions can also be used in cases of defamation, intellectual property infringement, or breach of contract, providing a legal remedy to prevent irreparable harm.
