Entry Clearance For Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) As A Child

A child under the age of 18 whose both parents either British Citizens or settled in the UK OR there is only one British or settled parent in the UK who has sole responsibility for the upbringing of the child can apply for entry clearance to join the British or settled parent(s) in the UK.

ILR As A Child

A child who is either under the age of 18 or was under the age of 18 when joined the parent(s) in the UK as a dependent child can apply for ILR as a child if either both parents of the child are applying for ILR or already have ILR or British Citizenship in the UK. A child with single parent who is sole responsible for the upbringing of the child will apply for ILR when the single parent is either applying for ILR or has already been granted ILR or British Citizenship.

Entry Clearance As A Child Of A Person Who Is In The UK On Spouse Visa Or Parent Visa

A child whose parent is in the UK with spouse visa or parent visa can apply for entry clearance from outside the UK to join such parent in the UK.

Application For Leave To Remain As A Child Of A Person With Leave To Remain As Partner Or Parent

A child who is lawfully in the UK and whose parent is in the UK with spouse visa or parent visa can apply for leave to remain in the UK to stay with such parent in the UK.
