For Members Discharging from HM Forces:
- ILR Application On Discharge From HM Forces: For those leaving active service and meeting the eligibility requirements.
- Entry Clearance For Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) On Discharge From HM Forces: For individuals outside the UK who qualify for ILR upon discharge from HM Forces.
For Partners of HM Forces Personnel:
- Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) As A Partner Of Member Of HM Forces: For partners outside the UK intending to join a member of HM Forces.
- ILR As A Partner Of A Member Of HM Forces: For existing partners of serving HM Forces personnel already in the UK.
- Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) As A Bereaved Partner Of Member Of HM Forces: For surviving spouses or civil partners of deceased HM Forces personnel who were outside the UK.
- ILR As A Bereaved Partner Of A Member Of HM Forces: For surviving spouses or civil partners of deceased HM Forces personnel already in the UK.
- ILR As A Partner Of A Member Of HM Forces Who Is Victim Of Domestic Violence: For partners experiencing domestic abuse from an HM Forces member.
For Children of HM Forces Personnel:
- Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) As A Child Of A Member Of HM Forces: For children outside the UK joining a parent serving in HM Forces.
- ILR As A Child Of A Member Of HM Forces: For children already in the UK with a parent serving in HM Forces.
- Indefinite Leave To Enter (ILE) As A Bereaved Child Of A Member Of HM Forces: For orphaned children outside the UK of a deceased HM Forces member.
- ILR As A Bereaved Child Of A Member Of HM Forces: For orphaned children already in the UK of a deceased HM Forces member.
