Members Of Armed Forces & Their Family Members

Members of HM forces and their family members can apply for leave to remain in the UK under Appendix Armed Forces of the Immigration Rules. Members of HM Forces can apply for leave to remain or permanent settlement after they have been discharged from the HM Forces.
